Online Orders

All prices are in Canadian funds.  Prices do not include taxes and shopping.  Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email you have provided.  We reserve the right to limit the quantity and to accept or reject any order received.  We do not guarantee the availability of any products.  You agree to pay for all items ordered at the time of ordering including any shipping, processing fees, and taxes.  Orders will not be shipped until payment in full has been received.  We accept payment by credit card or e-transfer.  The payment process is fully encrypted, and we take all reasonable precautions to protect your personal information.  You must be 18 years of age or older to order from our site.

International Orders

Sorry, we do not ship outside of Canada currently.

Rates

We offer a flat rate of $15 within BC and $18 for the rest of Canada.

We reserve the right to change our rates at any time. 

Shipping

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been processed. All orders are shipped via Canada Post.

Farm Stand Pick-up

You can skip the shipping and opt for free local pick up at our farm stand, located at 648 Pine Pit Place in Comox.  After placing your order and selecting farm stand pick up at the checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-3 business days. Please include in the ‘Notes to Seller’ your preferred pick-up date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order any time prior to shipment.  Custom orders involving design and assembly of live plants may not be cancelled once design and/or assembly have commenced. 

Returns

We hope that you love our goods but understand if you are not happy with your order.  Due to the personal nature of our lotion bars, soaps and board butters, we cannot accept returns of these products.  With other items, please contact us directly at sleepingdog@telus.net with your feedback and we will take care of the rest.  Your satisfaction and happiness with our goods is important to us.  Please note that custom orders involving design and assembly of any live plant based products (plants, flowers, seeds) and/or  any return request initiated more than 10 days after receipt of order cannot be returned under any circumstances.  Any damaged goods will be replaced by us.  Please send a photo of damaged product and we will send you a replacement.
